Dear customer,
We regret that you have noticed a malfunction in one of our products.
We would like to solve the problem as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

Please note the following information so that we can process your case within the scope of the warranty:

  • The battery must be in the condition as supplied by AKKU SYS GmbH.
  • Please do not carry out any unauthorised repair attempts on the battery, not even by third parties!
  • We shall only accept costs for tests, fault reports and other examinations in individual cases if these have been commissioned by us in advance and carried out by specialist personnel authorised by us or trained by us.
  • If the battery has not been used in accordance with our operating instructions, there is no warranty. The same applies if it can be established that tampering or inspections have been carried out by unauthorised personnel.
  • If you have only discovered the defect three weeks after delivery, our processing of the complaint is based on goodwill on the part of AKKU SYS GmbH.

Please note that the generalised statement "capacity reduction" is not automatically due to a product defect. If necessary, check in advance whether the operating parameters of the battery with regard to charging times, the correct selection of the charger, the ambient temperature and compliance with the maximum permissible depth of discharge have been observed.
